Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all manuals or components. Chemical products must be unopened with the safety seal intact.

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
